Refunds

• Postage/shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Customers are responsible for return postage.

• Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the next business day.

• Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following business day.

Delivery Options

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days, cost calculated at checkout.

• Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3pm will arrive the next business day, cost calculated at checkout.

• Shipping costs are not included in the product price.

• The Kit Co is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, postal strikes, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
