The Kit Co takes great care in curating our gift boxes, however we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions to products. Customers are advised to check all ingredients and product labels before use.
Items may vary slightly from the images shown due to supplier availability or seasonal changes, but will always be of equal or greater value.
The Kit Co is not liable for delays caused by postal services or courier companies once an order has been dispatched.
By purchasing from us, you agree to our Returns Policy and Delivery Policy.

📦 Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order to us within 30 days of purchase.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food, drink, or personal care items.
Gift boxes that include perishable or consumable products are non-returnable.

🔄 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

💰 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Postage/shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or damaged).
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

🚚 How to Return an Item

We will provide you with return instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

❌ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at The.Kit.Co@outlook.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
